Our Food

“Fast” doesn’t have to be frozen or come from a bag. At Ripfire, every day we prove that fresh and delicious can be done quickly using only the best, high-quality ingredients.

Speaking of those ingredients, we make everything in house. Our Neapolitan-style pizzas start with all-natural dough made with Caputo flour imported from Italy. It is known as the best pizza flour in the business. The bright, tangy tomato sauce you love, is made every day using San Marzano tomatoes from Naples, Italy, imported EVOO and fresh basil & flat leaf parsley. That’s it.

Don’t forget about the cheese. We use fresh Grande Mozzarella on our signature Margherita and a blend of Mozzarella and Provolone on all of our customizable pizzas. We source fresh, local veggies and roast them in house and use only the best meats, including our own smoked, pulled chicken.And that is why we can honestly say, fresh. fired. fast.

A Little History

We’ve spent our careers in the restaurant business and love what we do. As long time residents of the area, we saw the need for a casual place to grab high-quality, delicious pizza made quickly, to serve visitors and locals on Siesta Key. We scoured the globe for the best ingredients, perfected our recipes and found the perfect spot in Siesta Village. And with that, Ripfire was born.

Our team is dedicated to making the best pizza while providing friendly service to our guests. Grab a freshly made pie, a cold, locally brewed beer and pull up a chair on our outdoor patio to enjoy the best that Siesta Key has to offer.
